I’m Cathy Rossano, a Realtor® with West + Main Homes specializing in the west Denver suburbs: Golden, Arvada, Wheat Ridge, and Lakewood. After graduating from the University of Colorado Boulder and spending more than three decades along the Front Range—with over 15 years rooted in Applewood—I bring a deep, intuitive understanding of the neighborhoods, property profiles, and micro-markets that define this exceptional corridor of Colorado. My real estate foundation was shaped by training directly under two of the top-producing agents in the Denver Metro area. That early experience instilled a disciplined approach to preparation, negotiation, market analysis, and client representation. Today, I hold the PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) Certification, elevating my expertise in valuation and data-driven pricing, as well as the ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) Designation, reflecting advanced training in advocacy, negotiation, and strategic guidance. These credentials, combined with years of hands-on experience, allow me to deliver a level of clarity and sophistication that my clients rely on.
